Lifestyle Consultant, Concierge

Role Overview

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating needs to deliver truly personalized experiences.
• Manage requests from start to finish, ensuring excellence, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Leverage your expertise in lifestyle, hospitality, and gastronomy to recommend carefully curated experiences and services.
• Cultivate and engage with a network of partners and suppliers to enable exclusive experiences on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with Ten’s global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by participating in training and applying best practices for continuous service improvement.
• Maintain high standards of quality, contributing to performance, satisfaction, and customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Intermediate English for professional communication.
• Previous experience in Hospitality or the tourism, leisure, and entertainment industries.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus and adds value to our service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create genuine connections with clients.
• Proficiency with technology, including booking systems, CRM, digital Concierge & Lifestyle platforms, and customer service tools.
