Manage activities required for Facilities operations, including cleaning services, procurement of back-of-house furniture, and maintenance of furniture in sales areas and restaurants.
Ensure proper execution of Facilities services in stores and administrative areas.
Monitor operational Facilities requests, ensuring they are addressed within established deadlines.
Manage contracts for outsourced services, monitoring scopes, terms, SLAs, and performance indicators.
Supervise cleaning and other outsourced services on-site, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring operational alignment.
Propose improvements to processes, controls, and systems related to Facilities services.
Conduct audits, inspections, and periodic site visits to stores, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and the contracted scope.
Prepare management and operational reports on area results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced Excel (dashboards).
Intermediate Power BI.
Knowledge of administrative routines in Facilities.
Knowledge of contract management, supplier management, cost control, and budgeting.
Experience in operational follow-up, audits, and performance indicators.
