Role Overview
- support the evaluation and execution of inorganic growth opportunities across the enterprise
- work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to analyze acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions
- collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver financial analysis, market insights, and transaction coordination
- support the Corporate Development team across the full transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, and execution
- conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments
- support strategic analyses including market sizing, customer segmentation, and business case development
- analyze financial statements, business plans, and pro forma models to identify key drivers and assumptions
- support coordination of due diligence across functional areas (finance, legal, HR, operations, technology)
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in:
- investment banking
- corporate development
- private equity / venture capital
- transaction advisory or strategy
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analysis of company performance
- ability to synthesize market data, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into actionable insights
- structured thinker capable of breaking down complex business problems and identifying key drivers
- ability to clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and deliverables
- effective team player with experience working across cross-functional environments
- ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
