About this role
Role Overview
Handle member inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media
Develop strong product knowledge of our bike range to provide members with personalized advice and recommendations
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and sharing insights with your team
Communicate clearly and effectively so information is always understandable and precise
Take a solution-oriented approach, resolving issues at first contact whenever possible
Requirements
Genuine interest in delivering the best possible customer support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
Strong problem-solving skills combined with natural curiosity and a willingness to learn
High level of empathy and a commitment to exceed customer expectations
Proactively seek feedback to grow and develop professionally
Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment but also able to work independently
Stay positive under pressure and during challenging situations
Reliable, organized, and dedicated team player
At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar customer service role
Fluent English
