About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the global product owner for solutions aimed at improving CMA CGM's digital customer engagement
- Work closely with the Digital Factory, third‑party partners (Salesforce), and business lines
- Be responsible for delivering value to CMA CGM customers and employees
- Serve as the interface between business and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into concrete solutions and manage the product backlog
- Ensure benefits validation and manage exceptions to the global delivery model
- Lead change and advise stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or in IT project management
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior project management role
- Strong CRM skills (Salesforce)
- Exposure to and interest in AI
- Global, end‑to‑end vision
- Knowledge of data management and analytics
- Customer
- and employee-experience oriented
- Communication and change management skills
- Ability to lead while working collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of the transport/logistics/maritime sector is a plus
- Team spirit and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in French and English
