Senior Legal Counsel

Role Overview

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, procurement, construction, and employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise senior management and the Board on legal risks and mitigation strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including contracts
• Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and policies
• Contribute to internal compliance processes, training, and investigations

Requirements

• Strong experience in international construction law
• Focus on solar EPC contracting
• Experience in claims and disputes across multiple markets
• Pragmatic and commercially minded legal professional
• Fluent in English; German and additional European languages are a plus
• Law degree from a civil law or common law jurisdiction
