Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related education & experience required
2+ years in a related CPG selling role required
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment, with respect for all team members
Strong analytical skills and experience aggregating internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby, Power BI) to build an influential selling story
History of proven customer service skills
Able to analyze data and trends to quickly determine opportunities for improvement and develop or support a strategy for implementation
Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, working corporately and field-based
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and developing presentations
