Develop and grow Hultafors Group North America (HGNA) portfolio brands, including Johnson Level, CLC, Hultafors, and other assigned product lines.
Develop a customer-centric, high-performing territory and secure sustainable sales growth within assigned territory.
Drive Direct Sales & Account Conversion by independently managing target accounts.
Build strong customer relationships to expand share of wallet and drive retention.
Activate brand and product marketing campaigns in collaboration with HWNA marketing team.
Execute Sales Strategy in Territory to achieve growth targets.
Collaborate with sales agencies to support existing accounts and enhance effectiveness.
Represent the company at trade shows and dealer events to generate new business opportunities.
Provide market and customer insights to inform commercial and product decisions.
Maintain sales discipline and operational excellence, managing the sales pipeline and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent job experience.
A minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar positions, preferably selling consumer durables in the Industrial/MRO and/or Commercial/Construction channels.
In-depth knowledge of relevant product categories (e.g., levels, work gear, hand tools, or related HGNA product lines) is preferred.
Positive disposition and entrepreneurial experience matched with a process/structure mindset.
