About this role
Role Overview
Support the Sales team in implementing complex customer projects
Guide customers through the entire implementation and onboarding phases
Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
Assist with integrations and rollouts in the Hospitality and Vending sectors
Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solution approaches
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Assist with escalations and resolve complex issues
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role
Technical understanding and interest in digital payment solutions
Experience in Hospitality, Vending, POS systems, or self-service solutions is a plus
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers and partners
High initiative and team orientation
Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
