Role Overview
- Leading the development and execution of M&A technology strategies for integrations, separations, and divestitures
- Conducting technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify risks and value creation opportunities
- Advising on integration and divestiture planning to align technology strategy with business priorities
- Designing future-state technology models and architectures to support scalable business operations
- Managing project delivery, including leadership and client conversations, to achieve successful outcomes within time and budget constraints
- Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings and cost analysis
- Recommending enterprise architecture solutions based on industry practices and past experiences
- Coaching senior associates and associates to deliver impactful results consistently
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
- Building and maintaining internal relationships to enhance your PwC brand and contribute to firm growth
Requirements
- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree from Tier 1
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
