About this role
Role Overview
- Build the Enjins Investor Services brand: positioning, go-to-market, and reputation
- Execute tech & AI due diligences together with our leading AI engineers for Europe's most promising AI companies
- Build, maintain and expand relationships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- Serve as the strategic technical sparring partner on AI for PE firms evaluating and managing investments
- Strategically align the practice build-up with our sector focus on ClimateTech, Energy, and Mobility
- Own our Investor Services product roadmap
Requirements
- Serious technical depth and AI understanding
- Entrepreneurial and commercial drive
- Profile 1
- CTO / AI Lead
- Built and led engineering teams, shipped AI products, and understand what good tech looks like from the inside
- Profile 2
- VC / PE Investor
- Evaluated hundreds of tech companies and have strong opinions on what separates real tech & AI moat from hype
- Profile 3
- AI & Strategy Consultant
- Shaped AI strategies for a range of organizations and know how to translate technical complexity into actionable recommendations
- 5–12 years of working experience in (a combination of) the above roles preferred
Benefits
- Compensation: €70K
- €105K base salary, depending on experience and fit
- Upside: VSOP participation plus a performance-based bonus
