Carry out all stages of the sales cycle (from lead generation/prospecting to closing, including customer loyalty, retention, and growth through cross‑selling/up‑selling)
Visit clients and potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions that are technically feasible for them
Analyze the market and anticipate potential needs
Prepare technical‑commercial proposals, present them, and negotiate with clients
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (preferred: Environmental Sciences, Food Industries, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural and Animal Production)
Professional experience in business development and/or technical-commercial activities (2 years)
Professional experience in the areas of activity of ALS Life Sciences Portugal, S.A. (highly desirable — e.g., consultancy and/or commercial roles)
Ability to build and maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients
Customer-oriented
