Product Strategy & Portfolio: Define the product vision and take responsibility for integrated roadmaps
Prioritize the portfolio and develop new products and business areas
Market, Customers & Requirements: Systematically analyze customer needs, trends and competitors
Derive product initiatives from market and customer signals
Line and functional management of the Product and Requirements Management teams
Further develop team skills, structures and resource planning
Management & Decision Documentation: Prepare business cases, concepts and decision papers for management
Communicate opportunities, risks and investment priorities transparently
Go-to-Market, Positioning & Pricing: Define product positioning and value propositions
Help shape pricing strategies and steer go-to-market activities
Product Development & Delivery: Coordinate requirements, scope and priorities with development teams
Track and support releases, milestones and product launches
Represent products internally and externally to customers, partners and associations
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support and Engineering.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and a high level of responsibility
Solid knowledge of retail management systems and POS
Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in ERP or B2B software environments
Industry expertise in IT; very good German and good English language skills
Experience with CRM solutions and customer consulting
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, results-oriented working style
Confident use of agile methods and experience working in cross-functional teams
Reliability, initiative and the ability to lead by example
