Product strategy & portfolio
Define product vision and own integrated roadmaps
Prioritize the portfolio and develop new products and business areas
Systematically analyze customer requirements, trends and competitors
Derive product initiatives from market and customer signals
Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the Product and Requirements Management teams
Prepare management and decision-making documents for senior leadership
Define product positioning and value propositions
Align requirements, scope and priorities with development teams
Represent products and collaborate internally and externally with customers, partners and industry associations
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support and Development

Strong leadership, communication skills and readiness to take responsibility
Solid knowledge of retail management systems and POS
Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in an ERP or B2B software environment
Industry expertise in the IT sector; very good German and good English skills
Experience with CRM solutions and customer consulting
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; structured and results-oriented working style
Confident use of agile methods and experience working in cross-functional teams
Reliability, self-initiative and the ability to lead by example
Empathy and sensitivity to team dynamics – you foster a culture of trust
