About this role
Role Overview
As a QA Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they reach our users.
You will be responsible for designing and executing thorough testing strategies, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with software requirements and specifications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify functionality and validate business processes.
Identify, analyze, and clearly document software defects and issues.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.
Apply a variety of testing techniques and tools to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to drive improvement.
Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
Mentor junior QA team members by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.
Partner with the customer care team to investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
Review, track, and analyze recurring issues to inform product improvements.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with web testing, mobile testing (iOS & Android), API testing, and testing on both real devices and emulators.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a manual QA tester.
Strong proficiency in writing clear, structured test cases and test plans.
Familiarity with agile/scrum project methodologies.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset.
A good level of written and spoken English.
