Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, driving profitability and retention.
Develop and drive the client agenda, creating account plans with specific goals.
Focus on maximizing client lifetime value by identifying business opportunities.
Act as a cross-functional leader, coordinating efforts across different teams.
Analyze client data and leverage it to identify deviations and business opportunities.
Provide crucial feedback to the product team to align the roadmap with client needs.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve and streamline processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing a client portfolio and driving formal account plans and review cycles.
Experience in initiating and leading complex contract negotiations and renegotiations, ideally at C-level.
Solid skills in acting as a cross-functional project leader, coordinating complex client journeys and outcomes by leveraging internal teams (e.g., sales, product, tech).
Experience from working in a start-up/scale-up environment within SaaS.
Industry experience from the payment landscape or our focus verticals (Telecom, Utilities, Insurance) is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is beneficial.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
