You will perform Salesforce administrator functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, custom reports, dashboards and groups.
You will develop, implement, and support enterprise custom and packaged applications and other internal software programs used by end users in the organization.
You’ll also perform a variety of systems related analytical activities to support application functionality, availability and performance.
Analyze, understand, and translate business needs into technical configurations that administrators and developers can use as guidelines for configuration and/or programming work.
Configure Salesforce to satisfy business requirements.
Provide daily system/application administration.
Maintain system and application backup/recovery and patching.
Manage access and security of the systems and applications.
Monitor and proactively support system/application capacity planning and stability.
Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results to the business clients, project teams, and IT counterparts

3 to 5+ years of experience in performing Salesforce administrator functions
Salesforce configuration experience
Experience with Sales Cloud CPQ and Subscription Management is a plus
Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving skills as well as exceptional customer service as well as business relationship-building skills required.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
