About this role
Role Overview
Qualify 150 to 300 inbound prospects per month (MQL) to generate an average of 20 qualified sales meetings (SQL) for the Sales team
Conduct initial strategic qualification exchanges (calls, video meetings, emails) to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions (Datamarc NEO platform, energy audits, Energy Management, ISO 50001...)
Populate and maintain data in the Zoho CRM (contact, account, and deal records), including qualitative details from interactions
Provide weekly reporting of sales activity to the Growth Marketing Manager, including KPI tracking
Requirements
Business school student in a work-study/apprenticeship program (equivalent to Master's level / Bac+4/5)
Ideally, you have first experience in Business Development or in active prospecting
You have a strong commercial mindset and high responsiveness
Excellent verbal communication skills; you quickly understand business priorities and adapt your message in real time to your interlocutors
You are familiar with sales and negotiation techniques

Comfortable using a CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
