About this role

Perform accounts payable routines, including validation of invoices, contracts, payment requests, due dates and approvals.
Execute and monitor payments, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines.
Work on accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and payment slips (boletos), tracking receipts and following up on overdue payments.
Perform financial and accounting reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support the monthly close by preparing documentation and reviewing information with external accounting providers.
Maintain controls, reports and documentation organized for audits and management support.
Interact with internal departments to align information and respond to financial requests.
Support improvements in processes, internal controls and management reporting.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles.
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of TOTVS is desirable.
English language skills are desirable for interfacing with foreign colleagues on work-related matters.
