Ensure disciplined execution of territory plans, key account strategies, brand campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements
Extensive pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience, with biosimilars experience preferred.
Proven people leadership / stakeholder influence and performance coaching capabilities
Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape, reimbursement environment, and ABPI compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change, implement innovation, and adapt to evolving customer insights.
Strong commercial, business planning, and budget management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
High emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and enterprise leadership orientation, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Degree educated, ability to travel and a valid driving licence.
