Managing internal and external resources to successfully deliver marketing initiatives
Owning campaign design, execution and testing, including email/content marketing strategy, landing pages, webinar execution, paid media, nurture programs, etc.
Developing and executing measurable regional demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
Working with Web resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience
Localizing content for new product introduction deliverables based on developed positioning and messaging
Developing relationships and working directly with vendors as needed
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and advertising technology trends and best practices
Positioning and branding products and solutions through the website and e-commerce platforms.
Managing advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows and other tasks related to event and conference management
Researching, creating and editing content including marketing campaign content, customer notifications, blog posts, B2B presentation decks, business case studies, video and infographics
Requirements
BS degree in marketing, communications or related area
Minimum 8 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, with 2-3 years in the security industry a plus
Proficiency in Marketing automation, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Knowledge of desktop and embedded systems
Knowledge of HID technologies, i.e. Biometrics
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, etc.
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
Experience in working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships
History of budget management
Ability to travel as required
