Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms, with a focus on activating firms quickly and efficiently
Own your numbers. You will be accountable to a monthly activation target and expected to hit it consistently
Build rapport fast with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, moving conversations from introduction to onboarding in as few touchpoints as possible
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce so you always know where every firm stands and what needs to happen next
Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure newly active firms get a strong start and stay engaged
Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams, your conversations are a direct line to what firms care about
Requirements
1+ years in a sales, account management, or business development role in the SaaS industry
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio
Comfortable in Salesforce or a similar CRM and disciplined about keeping it accurate
