Role Overview
- Support the People & Culture team
- Assist with entry and maintenance of employee data
- Help prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Support new employee onboarding processes
- Contribute to talent management initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources, employee engagement, and organizational culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Canvas, ChatGPT, or other AI tools (a plus)
