About this role
Role Overview
Design, develop, and implement AI agents focused on security solutions using leading frameworks and industry tools;
Integrate and operationalize large language models (LLMs) and knowledge bases, automating and optimizing critical processes using Python and modern APIs;
Evaluate and recommend GenAI platform alternatives (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) for building custom intelligent agents, considering scalability and security factors;
Implement and consult on vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of information;
Document developed solutions clearly to promote technical knowledge sharing across teams;
Act as an AI advocate, delivering trainings, talks, and sharing AI security best practices with other development teams;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to propose and implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs and security culture;
Automate deployment and monitoring processes for agents and models in cloud environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Requirements
Experience developing agents on GenAI platforms;
Integration and use of various LLMs;
Knowledge and experience with agentic authorization and authentication (Agentic Authorization/Authentication);
Development of custom integrations, plugins, or intelligent observability solutions;
Familiarity with platforms such as AWS Bedrock;
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to convey technical knowledge in an accessible and collaborative manner;
Ability to work autonomously and proactively with a strong problem-solving orientation;
System-wide perspective and focus on innovation, staying current with trends and best practices in AI and security;
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments and foster a culture of continuous learning.
