Act as the technical reference for the PDSA Product Owners team.
Support the creation and refinement of user stories, technical stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business processes related to the Claims and Assistance journey.
Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.
Support Product Owners in assessing technical impacts, dependencies, and risks of initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
Lead alignments and negotiations with partner areas to ensure engagement and the resolution of impediments.
Participate in architecture definitions and solution design together with technology teams.
Ensure traceability between business requirements, the technical solution, and delivery.
Support the evolution of digital products and processes within the Claims and Assistance ecosystem.
Requirements
Experience in technical leadership, business analysis, solution architecture, or related roles.
Knowledge of Claims and/or Assistance processes in the insurance market.
Knowledge of software development and application lifecycle.
Experience writing technical stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Experience in eliciting and mapping business processes.
Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiations with different stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Product Management practices.
Knowledge of integrations, APIs, microservices, and systems architecture.
