Support the Pedagogical Department in the department's administrative routines;
Populate and update spreadsheets, prepare Annex B and track expenses, providing justifications to leaders;
Prepare invitations and communications for Pedagogical Brazil meetings;
Process subsidy payments, record invoices and submit requisitions via Workflow;
Organize files, online folders, deadlines and materials used in trainings.
Provide telephone, in-person/video and written (email) service to internal and external audiences (suppliers and clients);
Organize events (online and in-person);
Support team members (contact suppliers, handle mail, obtain quotes, book hotels/rooms/auditoriums, organize materials and prepare for meetings — send invitations, confirm attendance, request coffee breaks, prepare and issue certificates, update materials used by coordinators in trainings);
General organization (folders and files in the online environment, monitor deadlines for completion of developed content, update materials used in trainings).
Requirements
High school diploma completed / Currently pursuing higher education;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Organized, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
Alignment with the education sector and with the company's methodology and philosophy.
