Responsible for expanding and further developing our sales activities — initially in Switzerland, with medium-term international expansion.
Develop go-to-market strategies and build sustainable partnerships with insurers, banks, brokers, pension funds, employers and software providers.
Responsible for evolving sales tools, metrics, monitoring and reporting in collaboration with Business Intelligence at vlot and the CEO.
Create sales pitches, presentations and demos for clients and prospects.
Support vlot's market positioning with a clear B2B focus, including targeted campaigns, social media activities and building networks within the insurance industry.
Conduct market analyses, competitor monitoring and preparatory work for potential international market entries.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent qualification (FH / HWV)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with proven success in sales, business development or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
Understanding of the European insurance and financial markets and interest in startups and digitalization
Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday) and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: Swiss German and English fluent; at least one additional language required (Italian, French or Spanish)
