Role Overview
- Own the growth and operating model for MCC across user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale
- Reimagine the delivery with an AI-first thinking
- Set and execute the product roadmap to improve the user experience across the full funnel
- Manage and mentor a team of PMs, designers, clinicians across geographies
- Represent the product with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 6–12 years of product experience, with a meaningful share on AI-powered products
- Hands-on fluency with LLMs: prompt design, retrieval architectures, eval pipelines, MCPs, and optimization workflows
- Deeply data fluent and strong experimentation instinct
- Able to work across clinical and technical teams
- Experience in healthcare, clinical tools, or other high-stakes domains is a strong plus
