Sure is looking for a Product Implementation Manager (PIM) to join their Customer Success team and own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partner programs. The PIM will coordinate with Engineering, Product and Design, and the Customer Success Manager to ensure successful launches and maintain project health throughout the lifecycle of the partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall program timeline end-to-end, coordinating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to keep delivery on track
- Gather and document partner requirements into clear deliverables that EPD can execute on; hand off solutioning when technical decisions arise
- Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation projects that continue throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
- Track and communicate project health proactively — flag delays, blockers, and scope risks early and drive resolution
- Craft clear, well-written deliverables including meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned CSM and accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio)
Requirements:
- 5+ years in implementation, project management, or program delivery — ideally in fintech, insurtech, or a SaaS platform environment
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable owning partner-facing calls and written recaps at an executive level
- Experience managing concurrent projects in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
- Able to operate with influence across Engineering, Product, and Sales without direct authority
- Familiarity with Notion, Linear, or Attio a plus
