Produce accurate, coordinated construction documents in Revit based on received files and inputs
Evaluate approved design concepts with a clear understanding of how the design will be built in the field
Translate approved design concepts into clear, buildable, and fully coordinated construction documentation
Model and document designs based on architectural, consultant, and client inputs
Identify finishes, fixtures, and materials and document them accurately
Detect missing details, inconsistencies, or coordination issues and proactively address or flag them
Communicate changes and revisions clearly with the internal team
Perform other tasks related to the role

Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Revit
Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling and construction documentation
Proven experience in construction documentation
Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated architectural documentation
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
Strong general computer skills and digital workflow proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Strong understanding of NYC building codes and laws or USA in general
Experience with NYC multi-family residential code logic is highly preferred, but not required
High accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to multitask across multiple projects
Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
Availability to complete a test project assigned after the first interview
