Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud.
Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements.
Strong conceptual skills for mapping client requirements to Salesforce features and workflows.
Experience with best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Leadership experience in technical teams as well as clear and effective stakeholder communication.
Preferred certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect.
Excellent German and English language skills combined with strong communication abilities.
