You are responsible for product strategy and development across the entire product lifecycle and will steer the product into our next phase of growth
You work closely with Sales, Support, integration teams and external partners and coordinate major decisions directly with executive management
You structure requirements from Sales, Support, integration teams and external partners, question them, and convert them into a prioritized, robust roadmap that supports our continued growth
In parallel, you actively evolve existing product processes and make them scalable, especially in requirement intake, prioritization, roadmapping, and release communication
You develop Product Owners and teams professionally and refine existing structures rather than rebuilding them
You work on advancing our agent‑based product platform and drive the structured rollout of new agents, quality assurance and deployments
Additionally, you advance our SaaS business to the next level, particularly in areas like pricing, billing, customer onboarding and the underlying operational processes
You work data‑driven, define relevant metrics, validate hypotheses and make transparent decisions, including clear “no” decisions when required
You pitch in and help get things done when something isn’t working, instead of only delegating

You have several years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, ideally gained during a clear scaling phase, and have actively contributed to building AI products
You have owned products across the full lifecycle, from discovery to iteration, and understand the requirements for structured, robust product work
You have established and evolved product processes and designed them to work with increasing complexity
Experience in leading and developing product and engineering teams, ideally in a distributed and international setup
You understand how AI‑based systems are built, especially orchestrated and modular approaches such as agent systems, and have a clear sense for integration, quality assurance and the targeted use of human‑in‑the‑loop
AI tools are an integral part of your daily work and you use them proactively to improve product work and development
You communicate confidently with executives, leaders and technical teams and are fluent in German and English
