You are responsible for product strategy and further development across the entire product lifecycle and will drive the product into our next phase of growth
You work closely with Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, and coordinate key decisions directly with executive management
At the same time, you develop existing Product Owners and teams professionally and ensure our structures keep pace with growth and remain scalable
You structure requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, challenge them and translate them into a prioritized, robust roadmap that supports our continued growth
You deliberately evolve existing product processes and make them scalable, especially in the areas of requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping and release communication
You mentor Product Owners and teams and refine existing structures rather than rebuilding them
On the product side, you work on advancing our agent-based product platform and drive the structured introduction of new agents, quality assurance and rollouts
In addition, you will bring the SaaS business to the next level of maturity, particularly in areas such as pricing, billing, customer onboarding and the underlying operational processes
You work data-driven: define relevant metrics, validate hypotheses and make well-founded, transparent decisions, including firm “no” decisions when required
You roll up your sleeves and help out when something isn’t working instead of only delegating
Requirements
Several years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, ideally gained during a clear scaling phase, and hands-on experience in building AI products
You have owned products across the full lifecycle, from discovery to iteration, and understand the demands of structured, reliable product work
You have established and evolved product processes and designed them to work as complexity increases
You also have experience in the technical leadership and development of product and engineering teams, preferably in a distributed and international setup
You understand how AI-based systems are built, particularly orchestrated and modular approaches such as agent systems, and have a clear sense for integration, quality assurance and the targeted use of human-in-the-loop
AI tools are an integral part of your daily work and you actively use them to improve product work and development
You communicate confidently with executives, leaders and technical teams and possess business-fluent German and English language skills
