Requirements
10+ years in TV/video/audio/display with proven results at scale across multiple partners (CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display); management experience required.
Technical: Hands‑on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad‑server workflows; frequency/overlap management; audience/data usage; quality/verification (viewability, IVT, brand safety); comfort coordinating with publishers/PMPs.
Measurement: incrementality/lift, powered A/B or time‑series, forecasting; ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach/attention; SQL familiarity a plus.
Cross‑channel literacy: connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative in simple, executive‑ready narratives.
Financial acumen: margin/utilization management, capacity planning, reliable forecasting with Finance; staffing aligned to priorities.
