Lead US Commercial strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities and USLT direction
Translate strategy into clear, executable portfolios, roadmaps, and KPIs
Build and lead integrated portfolio prioritization and planning capability
Design and operate an integrated US strategic governance model
Support execution of key strategic initiatives (outside transformation programs)
Provide strategic insights and scenario analysis to USLT

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
12+ years in US enterprise strategy, business planning, governance, strategic project leadership and/or transformation leadership in pharma, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries
Strong understanding of US healthcare / biopharma business dynamics
Proven ability to define governance processes, implement operating models, lead cross-functional forums, manage enterprise risk, and drive adherence to enterprise standards and controls
Strong communication and skills in a dynamic, multifunctional environment
