Contribute to and support business development across Private Equity investors and C-suite stakeholders at high-profile corporates.
Lead multiple projects, pre-deal and post-deal, across areas such as Deal Strategy, commercial due diligence (CDD), growth strategy and value creation.
Build excellent stakeholder relationships and enhance the reputation of the team as a trusted advisor across a range of sectors.
Support and manage junior members on projects, ensuring a culture of collaboration and enabling them to expand their skill sets.
Work with Interpath industry experts, leveraging their experience and expertise on projects to benefit client outcomes.
Contribute to thought leadership, insight reports and research to help identify themes, drive value creation and deliver meaningful results.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years in strategy consulting, with a particular focus on Private Equity and deals.
Track record of leading projects in commercial due diligence (CDD) and growth strategy.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset to play a key role in building the team and the business.
Ability to work across multiple sectors, applying structured commercial thinking to different clients, markets and business models.
A willingness to support wider Strategy and Value Creation projects across sectors where needed.
Native or fluent English is essential. Additional European languages, including French, Spanish or German, are very advantageous.
