Supporting, implementing, monitoring, and administering ISS infrastructure and services
Ensuring stability, security, and operational efficiency across supported environments
Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with vendors
Supporting, reporting on, and administering Local IT inventory, maintenance and end-user devices
Participating in emerging projects, providing technical expertise
Reporting on administration activities and project progress to Tech Services and IT Security Team Leader
Ensuring proper maintenance and updating of technical documentation and operational procedures
Following established training plans and schedules, ensuring completion of mandatory training programs

3+ years of experience in system administration and troubleshooting
Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
Experience with Windows Server administration
Knowledge of security and endpoint protection solutions such as Cortex XDR and Microsoft Defender
Knowledge of patch management solutions such as BigFix and WSUS
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Knowledge of scheduling tools such as CA Unicenter Autosys
Knowledge of monitoring solutions such as CA Unicenter NSM or BMC Truesight
Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
Knowledge of backup and storage technologies
Experience with VMware and Hyper-V administration
Experience applying ITIL best practices
