Maintain digital marketing platforms and assist with market research and reporting.
Provide operational support for sales and marketing programs.
Manage and maintain incoming leads generated through website inquiries, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
Track and monitor lead progression and support sales teams in converting leads into customers.
Coordinate logistics and administration for global trade shows, managing registrations, exhibitor portals, and event documentation.
Generate reports using Google Analytics and other business intelligence tools to support sales growth and marketing effectiveness.
Assist with maintaining and updating company website content and pages, supporting ongoing SEO maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1-4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with CRM or lead management systems (preferred).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools (preferred).
Exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or website content management systems (preferred).
Experience coordinating events, webinars, or trade shows (preferred).
Knowledge of SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms (preferred).
Basic graphic design or visual content creation skills is a plus (preferred).
