Build and traffic direct and managed campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely setup
Complete thorough campaign quality assurance before launch, checking targeting, creative rendering, tracking and pacing
Monitor live campaigns, manage pacing and delivery, and proactively optimise towards campaign goals
Investigate and resolve delivery, tracking and creative rendering issues, escalating to Product or Engineering where needed
Pull, check and interpret campaign performance data, producing accurate delivery reports for the Account Management team
Use AI tools, automation and continuous improvement thinking to streamline operational processes
Follow and improve operational standards, QA processes and documentation

Experience in ad operations, campaign management or a similar hands-on digital advertising role
Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager or a comparable ad server, including trafficking, targeting, QA and troubleshooting
A careful and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, reliable work
Strong troubleshooting skills, with curiosity and persistence when working through delivery, tracking or campaign performance issues
Confidence working with campaign data, including pulling, checking and making sense of performance numbers
Clear communication skills, with the ability to work smoothly with Account Management, Ad Sales and technical teams, and to know when to escalate
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns, competing deadlines and changing priorities
An interest in using AI, automation and improved processes to reduce manual work and help operational teams scale effectively
