Take ownership of this role: you will be responsible for developing and managing industrial customer relationships and supporting distribution partners within your sales territory.
Drive the sales of Electrification products, systems, services, and solutions across the Southern Region (Styria, Carinthia, and southern Burgenland).
Continuously increase sales volume and profitability by managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.
Prepare and implement sales plans and customer proposals in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor customer needs, market developments, and industry trends; contribute to identifying new market opportunities and support the development and execution of effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Completed higher technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 4 years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of industrial technologies and applications, particularly in OEM and MRO markets.
Strong passion for sales and customer engagement, with experience managing both direct customers and distribution partners.
Proven ability to establish, maintain, and further develop sustainable customer relationships across various stakeholder levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory and a self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German and English, combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
