Work on implementation, configuration, and maintenance projects on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and customize applications according to business needs, aiming to improve operational efficiency
Interact with clients to gather and refine requirements
Perform activities across the development lifecycle, including environment configuration and production deployments
Create workflows, business rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
Build interfaces using Service Portal, including widgets and customizations
Use Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Service Catalog for automation
Import data and integrate with external systems via APIs
Develop integrations using IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs
Create and maintain user stories aligned with project requirements
Work within agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience with ServiceNow (workflows, scripting, integrations, and customizations)
Knowledge of low-code development (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio)
Experience with JavaScript
Familiarity with the Glide API, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST APIs
Experience with Service Portal, widget development, and responsive interfaces
Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience working with agile methodologies
Differentials: basic UX/UI knowledge
