About this role
Role Overview
- Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
- Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
- Handle event logistics including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
- Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with
- Coordinate joint initiatives, event co-sponsorships, and communication touchpoints with partners
- Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements
- Final year Master's (Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent internship experience
- Available 6 months with a university agreement
- Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms like Claude
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
