Role Overview

• Planning, execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns
• Identifying, contacting and managing influencers and content creators
• Building and maintaining long-term influencer partnerships
• Developing and implementing social media strategies
• Planning, creating and publishing content on relevant platforms
• Analyzing campaign and performance data and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Close collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Supporting the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies
• Monitoring market trends, competitors and new platforms
• Proactively advising and providing strategic support to our clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing
• Proven experience in social media marketing
• Practical experience in e-commerce
• Understanding of digital brands, community building and online sales processes
• Valid work permit for Turkey
• Own computer or laptop
• Ability to quickly immerse yourself in different brands and target audiences
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Creativity and a feel for successful content
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
