Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the mobile E-Banking app
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring maximum business and customer value
Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable user stories
Work closely with development, UX, architecture, security, and testing teams
Ensure features are properly defined, delivered, and formally accepted for release
Align continuously with stakeholders across business, compliance, risk, and IT
Ensure the product meets expectations in terms of usability, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance
Actively contribute to agile delivery (Scrum / scaled agile environments)
Requirements
5+ years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar product management role
Experience with mobile applications or digital customer channels
Strong understanding of E-Banking / digital banking processes and customer needs
Experience working in regulated environments (an advantage)
Basic technical understanding of: Mobile frontends APIs Security concepts
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
Fluent in German and English.
