Support day-to-day commercial, legal, and administrative processes across the organization
Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Draft and review client contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Prepare reseller agreements and third-party software agreements
Support the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs)
Interpret contractual clauses
Upload and manage documents for signature via DocuSign and FlowSign
Handle non-technical supplier agreements across departments
Support selected pre-sales requests, including RFP/RFI questionnaires
Manage corporate documentation requests

5-10 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or similar roles
Basic knowledge of commercial contracts and legal terminology
Experience working with contract management or e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business functions
Fluency in English required; Romanian is a plus
