OMS+ and IA customer delivery — hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support for customers deploying and operating DataXstream's OMS+ and IA products on SAP BTP across on-premises private cloud and public cloud environments
BTP subaccount and environment management — setup, configuration, and operational support of customer BTP subaccounts, Cloud Foundry spaces, and service bindings for OMS+ and IA deployments
SSO and identity configuration — SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS) federation setup and maintenance as part of OMS+ and IA product delivery
SAP Cloud Connector — configuring and maintaining the secure tunnel between customer on-premises systems and BTP for OMS+ and IA hybrid deployments
Customer-facing support and escalation — working directly with customers and partners to diagnose and resolve OMS+ and IA platform issues on BTP
Delivery documentation — authoring runbooks and delivery patterns that make OMS+ and IA customer engagements repeatable
Requirements
Foundational interest in cloud and enterprise platform technology
Any exposure to SAP BTP, SAP technologies, or enterprise cloud platforms
Familiarity with identity and SSO concepts
Awareness of hybrid connectivity concepts
Comfort engaging with customers and partners in a technical capacity
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for customer-facing incident response
