Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues, and, when appropriate, escalating problems using the client's defined escalation procedures.
Responsible for communicating all incidents or critical issues to the client or the team's technical staff.
Assist in managing CAPEX, OPEX, and budgeting.
Manage warranty and support contracts for all IT assets, including hardware and software.
Manage the procurement and approval processes.
Provide evidence and documentation required for IT audits.
Recommend improvements to IT audit processes.
Perform other activities related to the role/process as required.
