Role Overview
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters
- Managing the process by drafting the legal language for written agreements
- Receiving requests from users and leads, providing assistance on services and account management
- Supporting customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
- Working with leads who have questions and guiding them about services
- Drafting reports based on customer-provided information
Requirements
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
