Role Overview
- Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
- Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations.
- Prepare for and attend trials and more.
- Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs preferred.
- Must reside within NC within reasonable driving distance to Durham or Raleigh office.
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
