Review, draft, and negotiate all types of contracts (commercial agreements, partnerships, IT contracts — SaaS, cloud, licenses — service agreements, etc.)
Ensure contract monitoring and execution in close collaboration with the Group’s operational departments (Sport / Gaming / Payment / Customer Experience / IT, etc.) and central functions (Finance, HR, General Management)
Provide legal support for Group projects and advise internal teams on any legal matters
Contribute to the management of the Group’s digital projects
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments applicable to the Group’s activities (obligations, commercial and economic law, digital regulation, etc.)
Manage and work closely with external counsel on any pre-litigation matters
Contribute to training and awareness-raising for operational teams and central functions on the legal and regulatory constraints related to our activities
Requirements
Advanced law degree (Master’s level, equivalent to a French Master 2) specializing in business law/contract law
At least 5 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in a digital or IT context
Strong command of contract and commercial law
Proven expertise in negotiating a wide range of contract types
Significant expertise in intellectual property, IT contracts, digital law, GDPR, and Artificial Intelligence
Strong interest in new technologies and familiarity with project management and negotiation methods
Proficiency with office and IT tools
Demonstrated methodical approach, analytical and synthesis skills, and contractual and organizational rigor
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
